Dave Purchase spent almost two days singing Christmas classics from Mariah Carey to Wham! in an attempt to have his name on the book of records.
Despite feeling like he was “hallucinating” and being close to quit at 32 hours, Dave, 63, did not give up.”

David Purchase, who lives in England, was allowed a five-minute break every hour, and there could only be 30 seconds between each song. He sang each song 18 times, for a total of 684 songs.
